How we work
Six stages, and what you get at each one.
The same process runs on a bathroom and on a shop fit-out. At every stage there is something in writing you can check.

Call and site visit
We visit, measure and talk through what you want, your budget and your timing.
You get: a written note of what we agreed to price.

Itemised quote
Every trade, material and allowance on its own line, with exclusions stated plainly.
You get: the full breakdown, not a single figure.

Agreement and programme
Scope, start date, programme and payment stages are agreed in writing before work starts.
You get: a programme and a payment schedule.

Build
Work runs to the programme, managed by a named project manager. We keep the site safe and tidy and remove our own waste.
You get: weekly progress updates with photos.

Changes
If something changes, by your choice or because of what we find once walls and floors are opened up, we price it and agree it in writing before we do it.
You get: a running record of every change and its cost.

Handover
We walk the finished job with you, fix the snags, and hand over certificates, warranties and manuals.
You get: a final account that matches the quote plus the agreed changes.
What's in a quote
A quote you can read line by line.
A single figure tells you very little. We break the job into sections so you can compare it with other quotes, question any line, and decide where to spend.
